摘要
在微机控制的电子拉压试验机上,对辽北主栽花生品种花育23和四粒红带壳花生进行了不同含水率、加载速率、不同部位的脱壳相关的力学特性试验。测得花育23和四粒红花生的物理特性及脱壳时外壳破裂受力大小。试验结果表明:花生沿不同方向加载的破壳能力有显著差异,加载速率和含水率不同时,变形与破壳载荷也均有所变化。该研究对进一步研究花生脱壳机理、脱壳方法、脱壳力学特性分析,设计新型花生脱壳机有重要意义。
An experiment on the mechanical performances of groundnut shelling under different moisture, different load-speeds and different parts of HuYu 23 and SiLihong which are the main varieties in the north of LiaoNing was finished on the test equipment controued by computer. Physical performances and groundnut shelling force of HuaYu23 and Shilihong were determined. The studies showed that the difference of shelling force when groundnuts compressed in different directions was remarkable. Strain and load of shelling were also different when load-speed and moisture changed. Further research on the mechanism principle, methods of groundnut shelling, mechanical performance analysis and new model groundnuts sheller design will be helped by this study.
