椎间融合术腰4、5侧方入路的研究

Study of lateral approach in lumbar interbody fusion of L_4 and L_5

目的验证腰4、5侧方入路椎间融合术手术入路的临床应用安全性。方法通过解剖经防腐处理的尸体及术中观察获得相关解剖数据。结果腰4、5侧方入路椎间融合术手术入路安全性高,手术部位显露良好,神经血管损伤风险低。结论后路微创减压加侧路腰4、5椎间融合术手术入路在解决神经受压及腰椎不稳的同时减少手术创伤及并发症的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To verify the security of the lateral approach in lumbar fusion between L4 and L5. Methods Six embalmment bodies were anatomized and some data were got from operation. Results The lateral approach in lumbar fusion between L4 and L5 was safe and the possibility of injury of nerve and blood vessel was low. Conclusion The lateral approach in lumbar fusion between L4 and L5 with posterior decompression through minimally invasive incision is safe as solving the compression of nerve and lumbar instability, which is worth generalization.
