摘要 借助于多相、多成分系统中平衡计算的计算机辅助手段,提出了QSL炼铅过程的计算机模型.利用该模型,可快速地、有效地、经济地分析了QSL炼铅法在工业上得不到弃渣而失败的根本原因,同时,利用该模型对直接炼铅的操作条件进行鉴定和优化。 By using computer aided techniques of equilibrium calculations for multi component and multiphase systems, a computer model has been developed to simulate direct lead smelting process. The mass balance is calculated assuming that the QSL furnace is in thermodynamic equilibrium. A set of simultaneous equations is developed and solved using a modified form of the Newton Raphson technique formulated by Brinkley. The amount of each component in lead, matte, slag and gaseous phases under equilibrium is calculated by using the data of free energies of formation and activity coefficients. The predictions by the present computer model are compared with the known data. The agreements between the computer predictions and the known data are excellent, so that the present computer model can be used to monitor and optimize the actual industrial operations of direct lead smelting.
