化学反应法制备钝化镁的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高镁脱硫时在钢液和铁液中的阻燃时间,使镁能够更好地脱硫,采用了化学反应法对镁进行钝化处理,研究了钝化液浓度、干燥温度、干燥时间以及钝化液种类对燃点和阻燃时间的影响。经测试其燃点和阻燃时间,效果良好。钝化处理后镁粒表面生成了致密的钝化膜,且包裹均匀。试验中采用的钝化剂具有成本低、活性镁损失小等特点。 In order to advance the combustion - inhibition time of Mg, make sure that it can desulfurize efficiently, we use the chemical reaction way to passivate Mg in this experiment. With magnesium grain being passivated in chemical reaction way, the effects of concentration, drying temperature, drying time and passivafion agent on fire point and combustion - inhibiting time are studied in this paper. It is found under test that the result of the fire point and the combustion - inhibiting time is very good, and the passivated coating of magnesium grain is compact and even. The passivating agent used in the experiment was low cost and low loss of active magnesium.
