摘要
应用现场试验和理论研究,对综放采场自然发火规律及注氮防灭火技术进行了研究,结果表明:综放采空区的进风侧是重点的防自然发火区域;采空区内部的漏风源会加剧采空区内的自然发火危险性;综放采空区在一定空间高度范围内存在着自然发火危险性;氮气注入采空区后即有其主运动方向,又有具体的分布形态;注氮口位置距工作面10~20m为佳;注氮能够消除综放采空区空间高度上的自然发火危险性.
The rules of spontaneous ignition and injection of nitrogen technique for fire control in a fully mechanized sublevel caving face are investigated by applying site experience and theoretical study.The results show that the intake side of the goaf is most liable for spontaneous ignition.The air leakage source in the mine out area will increase the risk of spontaneous ignition.The fire risk exists when the goaf reaches a given height range.Nitrogen injected into the goaf has a main migration direction and has a specific shape distribution.The optimal position for injection is 10~20m away from the face.Nitrogen injection can eliminate the risk of spontaneous ignition at a given height of goaf.
