基于静沉试验的给水厂污泥重力浓缩池的设计探讨 被引量:1

摘要 根据实测得到的静态沉降曲线讨论迪克理论和柯伊-克里维什理论在给水厂污泥重力浓缩池设计中的应用。运用迪克理论时,考虑与不考虑排泥固体通量,所得的总固体通量最小值分别为195kg/(m2·d)和49kg/(m2·d),差别很大。结合给水厂污泥浓缩池的实际工作情况,设计时宜采用保守设计,即不考虑排泥固体通量的影响。运用柯伊-克里维什理论时,浓缩要达到的目标浓度的取值应根据脱水机械对进泥浓度的要求来确定。 The theories of Dick and Coe-Clevenger were applied for design of gravitational sludge thickeners in waterworks based on the settling curve obtained by static settling experiment. The calculated minimum values of total solid flux are very different in cases when the discharged solid flux (DSF) of the thickener was taken into consideration or not, for our situation they are 195 kg/(m^2 · d)and 49 kg/(m^2 · d) respectively. Moderate design might be appropriate for the practical operation of thickeners in waterworks, so the effect of DSF was ignored. When the Coe-Clevenger theory was applied, the value for the target concentration of the thickener output should be determined according to the requirements of the dewatering machine.
