摘要
从心理契约理论出发,指出了心理契约在现代领导中的重要作用,着重分析了企业领导者如何运用心理契约理论来更新领导观念,提高领导技能,改善领导方法,以此来提高员工的忠诚度和满意度。
This text embarked from the psychological contract theory, pointed out the vital role of the psychological contract in the modern leadership, emphatically analyzed how the enterprise leaders use the psychological contract theory to change the leading concepts, improve leadership skill, improve leadership method, and enhance staff's loyalty and the degree of satisfaction.
