美国未来农场主组织是美国具有80年发展历史的青少年农业教育非政府组织．它旨在通过农业科学技术教育，向青少年学生传授农业科技知识及与人类生存生活密切相关的所有实用知识和技能。其涵义、发展历程、成员的责任以及目标与管理体系能为中国的农业教育提供不少启示。
FFA(Future Farmers of America)is a nongovernment organization about youth development in America, which has 80 years history. By agricultural science & technology education, it initiates young students agricultural knowledge and other knowledge and skills relating with their lives.
