试论我国劳动保障法律制度之完善

On Improvement of China's Labor Assurance Law

劳动保障法律制度关系国计民生,关乎落实科学发展观和社会主义和谐社会建设大业,是和谐社会的基础。其本身又涉及众多法律元素,且与社会发展、经济建设、社会文明程度诸多要件息息相关。本文从劳动者劳动权的保障、劳动报酬权的保障、劳动安全卫生保护权的保障等主干层面对我国劳动保障法律制度之完善进行探索。

The Labor Assurance Law has a close relation with the people＇s life, the performance of outlook of scientific development, and the construction of socialist harmonious society. The Law itself is concerned with many legal as well as many external factors such as society, economy and a given civilization. This paper mainly focuses the discussion on the improvement of the assurance from the respects of labor right, payment right, and sanitation and security.
