摘要
文章描述了IL及数字图书馆的概念、内涵及特征,分析了我国IL教育的现状。通过对数字图书馆与IL内在关系的分析,阐述了IL教育是数字图书馆建设关键因素的观点,论述了利用数字图书馆实现的IL教育可能性。
This paper describes the notion, connotation and features of IL and Digital Library, and analyzes the current situation of IL in our country. Through the analysis of the inner relationship between Digital Library and IL, it elaborates on the opinion that IL Education is the key factor in the constructing of Digital Libraries, and discusses the possibility of IL Education in Digital Libraries.
