摘要
基层基础工作是整个公安工作的根基,加强公安机关基层基础建设,就是要用科学的发展观解决制约公安基层基础工作的突出问题,深入研究和不懈探索,努力开创基层基础工作的新局面。基层基础工作离不开法制工作,我国公安机关的法制建设虽然在“大接访”等活动中得到了长足发展,但是目前的公安机关基层基础工作仍然存在很多问题,法制部门要对此高度重视,在加强和完善基层基础工作的过程中,发挥出自身的积极作用。
the basic work is the root of the whole police work. To strengthen the construction of the basic work, we would solve the problems appearing in the basic work. Besides this, we also should research deep and explore persistently to open a new situation. It will be meaningless without the basic work. Although our build on legal system has achieved a lot in activities such as ＇IDa Jiefang＂, there are still many problems existing in our present work. The department related should pay more attention on these issues, and find out the effective way at the same time.
