关于构建和谐警民关系问题的思考

和谐的警民关系既是和谐社会的重要组成部分,又是世界各国警务的重要基础。但由于人民警察执法中存在的问题、社会转型期部分公民法治心态的不完善以及新闻媒体的涉警报道欠客观公正等原因,影响了警民关系的和谐。人民警察在警民关系的构建中应占主导、主动地位,针对此种现状,人民警察应采取一系列措施引导和构建和谐的警民关系。

Harmonious relationship between police and citizen is an important part of the harmonious society and a significant base of police affairs all over the world at the same time. However, due to the problems existing in the execution, such as the non perfect lawful consciousness of citizen during the transition period, the negative record from news media, and the harmonious relationship has suffers a lot. The policeman occupies a active main position in the relationship. Aiming at this situation, the policeman should a series measures to lead and build the harmonious relationship between police and citizen.
