浅论公安机关应对群体性事件的群众工作

On the mass work of how to deal with the colony events by public security department

我国群体性事件基本属于人民内部矛盾。群众工作是我党解决人民内部矛盾的主要方法,公安机关在处置群体性事件中要树立群众路线的观念,把群众工作作为解决群体性事件的首选途径和方法。

Chinese colony affairs belong to the intro- contradiction of people. People work is the main way of solving the intro- contradiction for Communist Party. The police should build up the mass concept and put the mass work as the key way to solve colony affairs when they deposit the colony affairs.
