法哲学作为高度抽象的法理念,并无固定模式。而法哲学范畴又是法哲学中的建构单位,对法哲学体系起着举足轻重的作用。德刑关系和权利与权力关系分别作为中西法哲学的中心范畴,在很大程度上源于双方固有的地理环境及其文化模式。
