五种医用酶的硫酸按分级分离研究

STUDY ON GRADUAL SEPARATION OF FIVE MEDICAL ENZYMES BY AMMONIUM SULFATE PRECIPITATION

采用硫酸铵分级沉淀法从一种兔肌匀浆上清中分步分离出醛缩酶、乳酸脱氢酶、丙酮酸激酶、肌酸激酶和磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶等五种医用酶。该法步骤简单、分离周期短、酶活回收率高、具有较大的实用价值。

Using the method of ammonium sulfate precipitation,five medical enzymes of aldolase,lactic dehydrogenase,pyruvate kinase,creatine kinase and glyceraldehyde-3-dehydrogenase were gradually separated from one extract of rabbit muscle.The method possesses the practical value for its advantages of simple operation,short separating cycle and high enzyme recovery.
