摘要
简述20年来石斛试管苗在组织培养技术、培养条件、原球茎增殖,幼苗分化与生长、试管苗移栽等方面的研究情况.认为,以石斛成熟种子和分生组织为材料进行无菌培养,可极大节省常规方法所要求的时间和空间,在短时间内能大量繁殖苗,试管苗移植成活率达60%以上。但由试管苗育成的植株其成分含量有无变化,能否代替药材使用,以及变异的控制方法尚需进一步研究。
The past 20 years of studies on the rapid propagation of in vitro seedling of Dendrobium are reviewed in the aspects of tissue culture technique,culture condition, proto-corm multiplying, young plant differentiation and growth, in vitro seedlings transplantation. Culturing riped seed and differentiated tissue can extremely save time and space from the normal method, and produce a great number of plants in a short time. Over 60% of in vitro seedlings transplanted can grow well. Whether the plants derived from tissue culture has steady components and can substitute for medicinal materials as well as their variation control method also need to be further studied.
