中国东北地区正处于东北亚区域经济合作的前沿地带,振兴东北老工业基地战略的提出,提升了东北地区的区位优势,对东北亚地区的技术流动产生巨大的吸引力。东北地区应该抓住机遇,进一步强化区位优势,增强对东北亚日韩等国技术流动的吸引力,从而以技术进步推动东北经济振兴。

Inspiration of northeastern old industrial base theory＇s putting forward raised northeastern area＇s regional advantage and produced significant attractiveness to northeastern Asia＇s technical flowing. China＇s northeastern region should make full use of this opportunity, further strengthen regional advantage and attractiveness of northeastern Asia, Japan and ROK＇s technical flow; therefore implement technical advancement to promote northeast economic prosperity.
