The New Changes Against Jilin Enterprise Management in New Economic Period

分析在知识经济已经开始向我们走来的大背景下,我国加入WTO后在实施振兴东北老工业基地战略进程中,我省企业管理所面临的诸如管理观念、决策思维、竞争手段、组织结构、生产方式、营销方式、企业文化等方面的新变化,阐述了我省企业应如何应对这些新变化。

In the new period of the forthcoming knowledge economy, China entered WTO, and made a decision of developing northeast older industry base. Based on that, this paper discussed the new changes against Jilin enterprise management about management concept, decision thought, competition medium, organization structure, production method, market strategy, enterprise culture etc.; and also discussed how to face these new changes.
