村庄整治中住区内部废旧坑塘整治模式研究——以沈阳市吴三家子村整治规划为例

当前农村坑塘废旧闲置现象较为普遍,造成农村土地资源的浪费.现阶段开展的村庄整治中,对村庄住区内部废旧坑塘的整治十分必要,并且效益明显,成为新农村建设的重要内容,是实现农村土地资源可持续利用的有效途径.对农村住区内部废旧坑塘的整治模式进行了归纳,总结出了在不同情况下所适用的几种模式,并对沈阳市吴三家子村住区内部废旧坑塘整治的经验作了介绍.

Currently, the phenomenon of discarded countryside pit-pond leaves unused is relatively common, which is causing the waste of rural land resource. At the present stage, with the development of village renovation, the renovation of discarded pit-pond in the countryside residential area is extremely necessary and the benefit is obvious. It becomes one of the important contents of the new rural reconstruction, and it is the effective way to realize the countryside land resource sustainable utilization. The renovation pattern is refined, several patterns suitable in different situations are summarized. Renovation pattern experience of the discarded pit-pond interior residential area of Wu San-jiazi village in Shenyang City is introduced.
