摘要 以TiOSO4和氨水为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备纳米TiO2光催化剂,并通过粘结剂法将纳米TiO2光催化剂附载在基片上.采用浸渍法对负载光催化剂进行稀土元素La修饰,并研究了La掺杂对TiO2光催化活性的影响.结果表明,适量稀土La掺杂能够使TiO2光催化活性明显提高,且掺杂量存在最佳值. Nano TiO2 power was prepared from TiOSO4 and NH3·H2O by the method of precipitation. Then the TiO2 power was immobilized on the glass substrates and modified with La by dipping. The effect of doping content on the photocatalytic activity was studied by methyl orange photodegradation under UV illumination. The results showed that a suitable content of doping rare earth (La) in TiO2 can efficiently enhance the photocatalytic activity, and the optimum amount of La is definite.
