摘要
本文提出一种示谱极谱法测定邻苯二胺的新方法。它是基于邻苯二胺和H2O2反应能够产生电活性的2,2'一二氨基偶氮苯(DAA),借助于极谱测定DAA便可确定邻苯二胺的含量。方法简单、灵敏,选择性好。线性范围为1.72~11.2ug/ml,相关系数为0.9870。并已应用于工业废水中邻苯二胺的测定。
A new method for the determination of O-phenylenediamine was reported by linear sweep polarograpliy in this paper.It was based on the polarographic deterimnation of the reaction product2,2'-diaminoazobenzene(DAA)between o-phenylenediamine and H2O2. This method is simple, sensitive and better selectivity.The linear range is 1.72 ̄11.2ug/ml.And it has been applied to the determination of o-phenylenediamine in waste-water samples.
