摘要
基于苏北欠发达地区县域经济整体水平偏低,产业结构不够合理,农业产业化、现代化程度不高,非农产业发展滞后,投资环境较差等问题,提出充分发挥比较优势,积极推动科技创新,稳步推进农业产业化,制定和完善支农优惠政策、不断优化投资环境等发展苏北县域经济的思路。
On the basis of such problems as the low-level county economy, irrational industrial structure, agriculture-industrialized, lacking modernization, non-agriculture industry lagged and poor investment environment. The author proposed some train of thought to develop county economy which are as follows fullyexert comparatire advantage, actively moti- -vate science and technology innovation,steadily improve agriculture-industrialized, lay down and perfect beneficial policies to support agriculture and continuously optimize imvestment environment.
