红光与远红光对小麦叶片细胞膜透性及外渗液成分含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 短日照(10h)长暗期(14h)生长条件下的小麦品种南大2419红光、远红光暗期间断对幼苗叶片细胞膜透性及外渗液主要成分含量有明显影响。红光间断处理其叶片细胞膜透性、外渗液的A_260和A_280值,外渗液中蛋白质、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量都较远红光间断处理的降低。 The cell membrane permeability and contents of main components in leaf tissue exudate of wheat seedling treated with red and far-red light interruptions during the periods of long darkness were studied. The results showed that the red light interruptions make the cell membrane permeability, the value of A260and A 280, the contents of protein, sugar and proline in leaf tissue exudate of wheat seedling decrease, compared with the far-red light interruptions and the contrast(14 h darkness, without red or far-red light interruption).
