摘要
本文通过对职业生涯管理理论的研究与分析,针对A股份有限公司人力资源现状和存在问题,设计出了一个可操作性的职业生涯管理方案。同时,对方案的实施、可能影响方案实施的因素进行了简单的分析并提出规避措施。
In this paper, firstly, author studies the theoris of career management and analyses the present situation in our country. Secondly, in view of human resource status and existing problem in A Co. Ltd., author designs a practicality career management program. Lastly, author analyses the factors that may affect the program enforcement and proposes the evasion measure.
