摘要
在常温静水的条件下,分别用高锰酸钾、菌毒净、聚维酮碘对杂色鲍(Haliotis diversi-color Reeve)幼鲍进行急性毒性试验。试验结果表明,毒性大小依次为高锰酸钾>菌毒净>聚维酮碘。高锰酸钾对幼鲍24,48 h的LC50分别为17.1,5.18 mg/L。菌毒净对幼鲍24,48h的LC50分别为105,46.5 mg/L。聚维酮碘对幼鲍24,48 h的LC50分别为530,218 mg/L。菌毒净、聚维酮碘是较为理想的消毒药物。
The acute toxicities of Kalii Permanganas(as KMnO4 ),Triehlorosiocyanuric Acid(TCCA), and Povidone-Iodine(PVP-I) to larvae abalone, Haliotis diversicolor Reeve were studied with a static test method at 19-21.5℃. The results show that the toxicity sequence of three disinfect drugs to larvae of abalone is KMnO4〉TCCA〉PVP-I . The median lethal concentrations (LC50)of 24,48h for KMnO4 to larval abalone are 17.1 mg/L and 5.18 mg/L . The LC50 of 24,48 h for TCCA to larval abalone are 105 mg/I. and 46.5 mg/L. The LC50 of 24,48 h for PVP-I to larval abalone are 530 mg/L and 218 mg/L. The TCCA and PVP I are pro posed to be disinfect abalone.
