回顾了长沙矿山研究院科技产业近20年的发展历程,分析指出了矿山院科技产业发展在观念、企业战略、资本结构等方面存在的问题。

The development history of science ＆ technology industry in the past 20 years in Changsha Institute of Mining Research （CIMR） is reviewed. Problems on concept, enterprise strategy and capital structure etc in the development of science ＆ technology industry in CIMR are analyzed. According to this, some countermeasures such as concept innovation and focal capacity cultivation etc are presented.
