摘要
从企业工会的角度,论述了工会组织在企业文化建设中的优势与独特作用,指出参与企业文化建设,丰富企业精神内涵,提高员工素质是当代工会组织所面临的重要课题。
As viewed from trade union in enterprises, advantages and unique function of trade union organization in building of enterprise culture are discussed. It is pointed out that participating in building of enterprise culture, enriching contents of enterprise spirit and improving staff traits are an important subject of today＇ s trade union organization.
