机械化水平分层充填采矿法在新桥矿业公司的应用

Application of Mechanized Cut and Fill Method in Xinqiao Mining Corporation, Ltd.

新桥矿业有限公司采用凿岩台车、铲运机、顶板服务台车配套的机械化水平分层充填采矿法，两步骤回采，矿柱宽度10m，矿房宽度12m，最大控顶高度5m，分层回采高度3．2m。首先回采矿柱，胶结充填后，形成人工矿柱，在人工矿柱保护下，第二步回采矿房，进行非胶结充填。所采用的采准、切割及回采工艺合理，经济技术指标先进，可供类似条件矿山借鉴。

Mechanized cut and fill with a combination of drill jumbo, scraper and roof checking trolley is employed in Xinqiao Mining Corporation Limited, where pillars and rooms with width of 10m and 12m respectively are arranged alternatively. Pillars are firstly mined and filled with a mixture of cement and sand layer by layer. Rooms surrounded by artificial pillar formed by cemented backfill is secondarily extracted and filled with sand. The maximum height of emptied area is 5m and mining height is 3.2m while pillars or rooms are exploited. Excavation techniques of preparatory, cut - off workings and mining used in Xinqiao Mining Corporation Limited are reasonable and can be referred by related other mines.
