摘要
深井充填管道充填料浆自由下落会对管道产生严重的破坏,而满管流输送可以大大降低料浆对管道的冲击磨损和管道所受的压力。理论分析与研究表明,管径的变化对充填料浆的水力坡度具有很大影响,因此采用变径管有助于深井充填实现满管流输送。在深入分析变径满管流输送系统水平管部分料浆压头损失的系统曲线和垂直管能量的“泵”曲线的基础上,从理论角度得出了满管流系统垂直管道最大安全高度,进一步从管道额定压力角度综合分析得出了垂直管道极限高度的计算公式,为深井矿山充填系统的设计提供了理论依据.
The free -falling backfilling pulp in deep well filling pipeline have the serious destruction to the pipeline. However, full pipe flow system may greatly reduce impact attrition and pressure to the pipeline. The theoretical analysis and the research indicated that the change of caliber has tremendous influence to the hydraulic gradient of backfilling pulp. Therefore using adjustable pipeline can help achieving full pipe flow transportation. Based on deeply analysis of slurry level in some loss of system pressure system curve and vertical curves of the " pump" curve of adjustable full pipe flow system, the maximum safe height of vertical pipe full pipe flow system has been obtained theoretically. Further has obtained the vertical limit high formula from the rated pressure on pipeline. Which provide a theoretical base for the design of deep filling systems in deep mines.
