大型无轨设备在新桥矿地下开采中的配套应用研究

A Combination Study on Large Trackless Vehicles Used in Underground Mining Activities of Xinqiao Mining Corporation, ltd.

以新桥矿业有限责任公司大型机械化上向水平分层充填采矿法中使用的凿岩台车和铲运机为研究对象，通过现场测定和理论分析相结合，评价了无轨设备的应用状况和生产能力.在此基础上，对凿岩台车和铲运机的匹配进行了优化研究，并提出了无轨设备的管理措施，对提高大型无轨设备的生产效率，保障设备的安全运行具有重要的经济效益和社会效益.

Working conditions and productive capacities of both drill carrier and carry -scraper used during mechanical cut and fill stopping activities in Xinqiao Mining Cooperation Ltd. are evaluated by field testing and theoretical analysis in this paper. Matching of two kinds of trackless facilities is then optimized and managerial measures are suggested based on evaluation results, which is believed having great economical and social meaning for improvement of productivity and safety of the trackless facilities.
