摘要
从研究云南省某地硫化铜镍矿的矿物的组成及工艺矿物学特征入手,进行了细菌浸出试验研究。细菌浸出在实验室中常温条件下静态浸出150d,镍的浸出率在杯浸中为33.67%。47.43%,柱浸中为36.87%,柱浸铜的浸出率为24.22%。探讨了采用细菌浸出进一步回收低品位硫化铜镍矿的可行性。
The biological leaching test is carried out based on the study of process mineralogy characteristics and mineral components of a copper-nickel sulphide ore in Yuanan The bacteria leaching in static state lasted for 150 days at the room temperature, the nickel leaching rate in beaker and column were 33.67% ~ 47.43% and 36.87% respectively, and the copper leaching rate in column was 24.22% The feasibility of biological leaching for low grade copper-nickel sulphide ore, is explored in this paper.
