摘要 热固性酚醛树脂是热敏版材的两种成膜树脂之一,其结构性能直接影响到和线性酚醛树脂在热和酸的作用下交联的速度和程度,从而影响版材的灵敏度和成像质量.为了减少或除去残留在树脂中碱性催化剂、提高树脂的分子量及羟基含量,改进了原有的合成方法.新方法中把反应分为两个阶段:低温阶段是形成羟基的阶段,高温阶段是缩聚阶段,此阶段决定树脂分子量的大小,再通过酸碱中和除去树脂中作为催化剂的碱.实验结果显示,改进方法后合成的新树脂在实验室小版实验中取得了明显的效果,版材的灵敏度及成像质量都比原来有了明显的提高. Resole resin is one of the resins which form the image film of the heat - sensitive plate. The speed and degree in the crosslink between resole resin and novolac resin will be effected by it's structure and character, the crosslink happens under heat and acid. concequently the sensitivity and image quality will be effected . In order to reduce or remove the remained alkali catalyst in the resol resin, improve the content of hydroxyl in resol resin which effect the activity of the resol resin, improve the molecular weight which impact the solidification speed, simplify the technics of synthesis, enhance the repetition of synthesis, improve the original synthesis project. The experiments showed, after improving the original project the new resin obtained obvious result in lab experiment, great improvement is obtained in sensitivity and image quality.
