Intensify Capital Provider Representative System Building,Regulated the Management of Joint-venture Railways According to Law

出资人代表制度是铁道部作为出资人履行职责的主要手段,也是规范合资铁路管理的重要内容。通过加强铁道部出资人代表制度建设,正确处理出资人代表与出资人、合资铁路公司、公司其他股东以及股东代表的关系,依法规范履行出资人代表职责,充分发挥合资铁路体制、机制上的优势,促进合资铁路又好又快发展。

Capital provider representative system is a main approach for MOR to perform the responsibility as capital provider, and meanwhile is an important part to regulate the management of joint-venture railway. In this system, we shall appropriately deal with the relationship between capital provider and its representatives, joint-venture railway companies, other shareholders and shareholder representatives. Capital provider representatives should perform their responsibility according to law. Thus, we can maximize joint- railway’s advantages on system, and promote the quality growth of joint-venture railway.
