摘要
为了有效抑制货车超载,研制了一种新型的动态汽车衡,高速A/D转换芯片M AX 125是其中关键组成部分,直接影响整个系统的测量精度。介绍了M AX 125的特点及工作过程,以及它在动态汽车衡中的具体应用方法。测量误差小于总重静态值的±5%。
In order to effectively restrain truck overload, this paper develops a new instrument of dynamic automobile scale, of which high speed A/D converter MAX125 is an important part, and affects measure precision of the system directly. The features and working process of MAX125 are introduced in this paper. Then, the application method of MAX125 in dynamic automobile scale is introduced. Many experiments prove that the parameters of the dynamic automobile scale have reached advanced level in China, with a weighing error of less than ± 5%. The instrument of the dynamic automobile scale has a prospect for popularization and application.
