There are three kinds of common problems in traffic flow data. data loss, data invalidity and data time problem. To solve these problems, this paper has proposed a method of examining and repairing traffic flow data. This method has been analyzed and proved with the traffic flow data in Beijing. The result indicates that this method has splendid ability of practleal application. Verifying quality of traffic flow data is to ensure the correctness and completeness of the data obtained from the data sources, providing reliable data for the data management and application.
