中俄区域经济合作的理论解析

经济全球化和区域经济一体化是当今世界经济发展的两大主流。中俄作为毗邻的两个具有国际影响力的大国,其区域经济合作对国际政治、经济格局都具有深远影响。纵观14年中俄区域经济合作的历程,除能源合作外,可圈可点的大项目并不多,两国贸易额在创历史新高的2005年也仅为291亿美元。中俄两国区域经济合作水平与两国之间的战略协作伙伴关系不相称,经济关系落后于政治关系。本文拟从经济学的视角对中俄区域经济合作进展缓慢的原因进行理论分析,探寻提升中俄两国区域经济合作水平的路径,推动中俄区域经济合作不断发展和战略升级。

Economic globalization and regional economic integration represent two major mainstreams of contemporary world economic development. As two large neighboring countries with international influence, the regional economic co-operation between China and Russia has far-reaching impact on international political and economic patterns. An overview of the process of their regional economic co-operation shows that there are but few striking big projects apart from energy co-operation. The bliateral all-time-high trade volume in 2005 was merely 29.1 billion US dollars, quite imcompatible with the bilateral strategic partnership, with economic relations lagging behind political ties. The article intends to make a theoretical analysis of the sluggish China-Russia regional economic co-operation from the angle of economics and probe for a route to enhance the level of bilateral economic co-operation and push their constant development and strategic upgrading.
