摘要
界定跨功能知识整合在本文的含义,分析跨功能知识整合面临的三种边界,提出通过扩展个人和部门的范式来赢得共识、跨功能职位轮换进行知识整合、构建跨功能的产品团队、构建基于对等知识联网的柔性组织进行跨功能的知识整合、重新配置组织记忆来创造新的组织例规和知识等5种机制来促进知识整合,并论述这些机制对新产品开发绩效的影响。
More and more research focus on cross-functional knowledge integration since its influence on new product development. The paper defines the meaning of cross-functional knowledge integration firstly in the paper and analyses the three boundaries for cross-functional knowledge integration. Then we advance that enterprise should expand individual and department' s paradigms to win shared knowledge, cross-functional job rotation to integrate different department' s knowledge, construct cross-functional product development teams, build flexible organization based on peer-to-peer network and reconfigure organization memory to create new routine and knowledge.
