量子点对体外培养细胞影响的实验观察

摘要 目的观察量子点(QDs)对体外培养细胞的影响。方法选用小鼠巨噬细胞、人肝癌Bel-7402细胞株进行体外培养并实验,设空白对照组和5个剂量实验组,QDs终浓度为3.125、6.25、12.5、25和50μg/mL,采用MTT法观察QDs作用体外培养细胞后细胞成活情况,于酶标仪上测定OD值,并以均数进行F检验。结果量子点浓度小于6.25μg/mL时,实验组与对照组OD值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论量子点在一定剂量内不影响体外培养细胞的生长。 Objective To review cultured cell influenced by quantum dots in vitro. Methods Cells were selected from mouse macrophage and human hepatome Bel-7402 in vitro and were divided into control group and five experiment groups(QDs :3. 125、6.25、 12.5、25、50μg/mL). Growing information of Mouse macrophage and human hepatoma after using quantum dots were determined by MIT analysis. Results When quantum dots concentration were lower than 6.25 μg/mL, no difference of OD was found between experiment group and controls. Conclusion Quantum dots do not effectively make influence on growing of cultured cell in certain range of dose in vitro.
