摘要
目的探讨低场强三维动态MRA(3D DCE MRA)成像技术在颈、胸部、腹部大血管应用的价值。方法使用0.35T永磁磁共振全身成像仪对35例疑有胸部、腹部大动脉病变的患者进行静脉手推团注磁共振造影剂法的3D DCE MRA检查,一次屏气22s可采集54层图像。结果所有病例3D DCE MRA均一次检查成功,清楚地显示了颈、胸部、腹部大血管解剖结构,包括血流信号、血管壁及其壁周组织,对病变的定位及与周围血管和组织相关性均可以作出明确的判断。结论低场强3D DCE MRA成像在采用了快速的梯度回波成像技术、合理的静脉团注造影剂,以及正确的图像分析和后处理后,在低场强可以实现无创性的准确的胸部、腹部大动脉的诊断。
Objective To explore the value of 3-dimentional dynamic strength in the angiography of neck, chest and abdomen. Methods To examine 35 cases with suspected angiography masses of neck, chest and abdomen with a bolus intravenous injection of I-oil handworked, which uses 3D DCE MRA with 0.5t and colects 54 pictures with holding one's breath 22 seconds. Results All 35 cases were examined successfully with 3D DCE MRA. Anatomical position fusion of neck, chest and abdomen including blood stream signal , vessel wall and the tissue of vessel wall circumambience were clearly displayed. 3D DCE MRA can give a definite judgement to masses orientation and the circumference vessels correlate with tissue. Conclusion Using rapidly grads echo imaging technical, reasonable intravenous injection of radiographic I-oil, correct hnaging analise and the non-invasive, 3D DCE MRA can exactly diagnose the angiography of chest, abdomen.
