摘要
化工企业的生产、使用、储存过程中一般会涉及危险化学品,易发生安全事故,在企业建设时,要考虑总体布局和居民区的安全卫生防护距离.从无组织排放对环境质量的影响,企业生产事故泄漏、爆炸对周围人群生命的危害分别分析计算,确定其安全卫生防护距离,并采用实例说明以生产事故计算安全卫生防护距离的重要性和实际作用.
Chemical plants, which are taken place easily the dangerous accidents, generally involve the hazardous chemicals in the production, usage and storage processes. At the beginning of a construction of a plant, we must take into account the protective distance of safe and health in the total layout and residential areas. The effect of the unorganized emission on environment quantity, the harm of the surroundings crowd life due to leakiness and explosion accidents of plants have been calculated, respectively. The protective effect of the calculation on the safe and health protective distance of safe and health is confirmed. The importance and zone in are narrated by some accidents.
