摘要
APS是一种基于约束理论面向供应链的生产计划与排程工具,它从ERP系统获取基础数据进行生产排程,再将排程结果送到ERP和生产系统中执行。本文在分析面向订单生产环境下APS关键流程的基础上,对APS在企业生产排程中的应用方法进行了深入研究,同时探讨了系统集成的体系架构和关键技术。
As APS is a production planning and scheduling tool considering constrains of resource in whole supply chain, it abstracts basic data from ERP system and makes plans and schedules, Then results are sent to ERP and manufacturing system. Based on the analysis of the key process of Advanced Planning & Scheduling in a Make-To-Order environment, this paper did a deep research on the applying method of APS for production scheduling, and also discussed the framework and some key technologies of the system integration.
