一种新型添加剂在钢基表面复合材料中的应用

摘要 采用一种新型添加剂,解决了普通砂型铸造钢基表层复合材料工艺中易出现的气孔、夹渣等问题,成功制备出了品质较高的高铬铸铁-钢基表层合金化复合材料。该新型添加剂不仅无毒无味,使用方便,而且高温发气量少,除渣能力强,加入量范围宽(8%~12%),铸渗效果对其加入量不敏感。 With a new additive, the problems of blowholes and slag inclusions in manufacturing steel matrix surface-layer composites by sand casting have been successfully solved. The composite, high chromium cast iron/steel matrix surface alloying composite, with high quality has been successfully gained. The additive is not only innoxious but also convenient to use. Under the high temperature, it has strong ability to get rid of sediment but only generates very little gas. What's more, the infiltration performance is not sensitive to the affiliating quantity(8 % - 12 % ).
