摘要
研制了以单片机为核心转子实验台闭环控制系统,该系统具有转速测量和PID控制、振动信号采集、过流保护、电机励磁与驱动、串行通信等多种功能。系统既可独立工作,又可通过串行通信接口接收计算机发出的操作参数运行。编制了基于LABVIEW的测控实验软件,学生可通过该软件设定各种PID参数来获得不同的控制效果,还可开展多项创新实验,培养学生独立工作的能力。
A close-loop control system based on microcontroller for rotor testbed is developed. The system is endowed with speed signal acquisition and PID control, vibration signal acquisition, over current protection, motor excitation and drive, serial communication, etc. It can work independently, and also can be circulated by computer' s operational parameters from serial communication. Software based on LABVIEW for measurement and control experiments is carried out. Students can set up various PID parameters to get different control effects. Something more, it can be used to establish multiple innovative experiments from which students are trained to work independently.
