摘要 在分析虚拟装配系统需求的基础上,建立复杂机械产品虚拟装配系统的总体框架,研究其涉及的关键技术。并以某减速器为研究对象,应用Visual Basic、SolidWorks和SQLSERVER数据库软件实现了零件参数化设计、产品信息提取、装配序列生成和装配仿真等功能,为复杂机械产品提供一种可视化的交互环境,从而降低了产品设计和制造的成本,提高了装配的品质。 Based on the analysis of the requirements of virtual assembly system, the main structure was established, and the relevant key technologies were studied. The retarder product is taken as the study object, Visual Basic, SolidWorks and SQL SERVER database software were used to realize such functions as part parametric designing product information acquisition, assembly sequence producing and assembly simulation to supply a visual exchanging environment for the complex mechanical product, reduce the cost of product design and manufacturing and enhance the quality of assembly.
