摘要
阐述了燃煤热处理炉热效率的影响因素,分析控制燃料炉工作参数的方法。以计算机辅助工艺过程控制,使加热温度、炉内压力等参数达到动态平衡,较大地提高了燃料炉的热效率,取得了良好的节能效果。
This paper discussed affecting factors and different ways for controlling the thermal efficiency of coal-fired bogie hearth heat treatment furnace. By using of computer aided control in the process engineering, such parameters as the heating-up temperature and pressure of the fuel stove, are dynamically balanced, this greatly in creasing thermal efficiency and saving the energy.
