摘要
采用ICP-AES研究了钴基高饱和磁感应强度软磁合金中硅、锰、镍、铜、钒的分析方法。研究了载气流量、输入功率、观测高度等对测量钴基软磁合金中各元素的影响,根据基体匹配的原则按一定的配比人工合成相应的镍基标准样品系列,加入钇内标液减少仪器噪声和背景漂移的影响,提高了分析的准确度和精密度。同时对样品中的基体元素、共存元素的干扰等进行了系统地研究,从而制定出相应的分析方法。本方法灵敏度高、操作简便、快速。
The method for simultaneous determination of Si, Mn, Ni, V and Cu in cobaltbased high saturated magnetic induction intensity soft magnetic alloy by ICP-AES was studied. The spectral interferences from matrix element and major elements were studied. And the analytical lines were selected. The inter standard of Y was used in the method. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
