樱桃砧木考特嫩枝扦插育苗影响因子的研究

Influencing factors of vegetative propagation of Colt cherry through cutting

对樱桃砧木考特嫩枝扦插所涉及的关键因素:基质、季节、生根剂浓度和取材进行了研究。结果表明:以蛭石+珍珠岩(1∶1)、珍珠岩和粗沙为扦插基质效果最好,生根率分别为91.7%、89.4%和86%,6月扦插生根率最高达87.7%,250 mg/L NAA(萘乙酸)生根率最高,达91.0%,取新梢半木质化部位扦插效果最好,生根率达91.2%。

A procedure for green shoot cutting in cherry rootstock Colt was comprehensively studied in this paper. It was found that the key factors involved in this procession were medium, season, concentration of root-promoting agent and shoot used. Good results were obtained when vermiculite and perlite in 1 ： 1, perlite and sand were used as mediums, the rooting rate were 91.7%, 89.4% and 86% respectively.June was the best month for cuttage, a 87.7% rooting rate was obtained. Treatment with 250 mg/L napthaleneacetic acid （NAA） resulted in 91.0% of rooting rate, semi- woody shoots were the optimal materials for cuttage, the rooting rate reached 91.2%.
