河北木兰围场自然保护区现状及发展对策研究

Study on the current situation and development strategies of Mulanweichang Nature Reserve in Hebei Province

河北木兰围场自然保护区在建设与发展中,存在生态环境破坏严重、资金投入不足、科研水平低、资源保护与利用矛盾突出、植被恢复难度大、管理体制机制及模式不完善等主要问题。在今后的建设中应注重采取建立科学管理模式、开展森林生态旅游和多种经营、加强对外交流与合作及生物多样性保护、走社区共管的发展道路等有效建设和保护措施。

The Nature Reserve of Mulanweichang in Hebei province, with powerful ecological function, is a natural green store - house in North China. Because of its unique geographical position, it has become an insurmountable natural green protective barrier,ensuring the ecological security of Beijing and Tianjin. At present,this area still has a lot of problems, for example, the ecological environment destroyed seriously, fund invested insufficient, the weak scientific research ability, the existing contradiction between protecting and utilizing resources, the hard work about resuming vegetation, and the faulty management system and mechanism mode. Finally, the present paper proposed the pointed and effective measures of development and protection, such as setting up scientific management model, developing forest eco- tour and diversified businesses, strengthening the communication with the outside to protect bio- diversity, and devdoping the community condominium path.
