高效液相色谱手性固定相法拆分金属簇合物

Enantioseparation of chiral tetrahedrane-type clusters on chiral stationary phase by HPLC

摘要 在正相条件下,ChiralcelR○OD手性色谱柱上,首次直接拆分了3种外消旋过渡金属簇合物,考察了手性化合物结构以及流动相中的醇在手性识别过程中对手性拆分的影响。 Three chiral tetrahedrane-type metal clusters were directly separated on Chiralcel OD-H using several alcohols as the mobile phase modifier. The influence of the mobile phase modifier of alcoholic type, the mobile phases and the structures of chiral racemic compounds on the chiral separation and retention were investigated. It was found that the structure and alcohol concentration in mobile phase and the subtle structural difference in the racemic compound could affect the enantiometfic separation and retention.
