摘要
在微波辐射下,以NaOH为催化剂,由氨基氰和邻苯二胺合成2-氨基苯并咪唑,通过正交实验确定了最优化工艺条件:微波辐射时间为165 min,微波功率为162 W,反应物物质的量比为1∶1.2。产物的收率为83%,其结构经过数字熔点仪、红外光谱仪和1HNMR表征确认。
2-Aminobenzimidazole synthesized from phenylcnediamine and cyanamide on the sodium hydroxide catalyst under microwave irradiation. The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum conditions was as follows:irradiation time 165 min, microwave power 162 W, molar ratio of raw materials 1 : 1.2, and the overall yield reached 83 %. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by melting point determination,lR and 1HNMR.
